A Flambeau is a torch with a real fire. The flame height is 2-3ft and can burn for several hours. Flambeaux were recently used for the Première of Elizabeth the Golden Years as well as at the film premiere of Anonymous – the political thriller and historical drama of the fictionalized version of the life of Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford.
